Job Description:

Staff Education Manager reports to the Vice President of Operations and is responsible for promoting quality and safe delivery of services, to plan, implement and evaluate services, agency programs, and activities, to assess staff development needs, develop, organize and present the appropriate education. Coordinates onboarding education and orientation for all programs, responsible for training and maintaining all education records. Responsible for the development, coordination, and oversight of the preceptor team. Manages and coordinates student mentorship for local colleges and universities.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years' experience in acute care
• State of New Hampshire RN license, MSN preferred.

Requirements:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, accurately, in a timely manner.
• Minimal supervision and is self-directed.
