Position Description
We are seeking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Life Care Program. This position will manage/assist in the weekly schedule for the Life Care staff. Manage day to day office activities; meet with clients/families in assisting with home services.
Job Summary:
The Life Care Administrative Assistant coordinates and manages the weekly schedule for the Life Care staff. This position receives new referrals for Life Care Services and ensures continuity of staff providing care. Triages staff, client/patient calls and helps problem solve scheduling issues. Keep the Life Care Director up to date with conflicts of scheduling or other concerns.
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma
Requirements
- Private duty home care scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Proficient attention to detail with data entry
- Organizational skills are essential
- Administrative Experience required
- Reliable Transportation
- Driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance are required
- Fluent with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
