Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Full Time
Position Description:
The nurse's responsibility includes collecting client health data and working with the patient/family in the patient's home. Must work closely with RN and team to achieve goals. Qualified candidates must be committed to providing outstanding care and possess the following qualities: detailed oriented, honesty, flexibility, organized, open minded, be a team player and proficient computer skills. This position is a permanent full time position.
Educational Requirements:
- One year experience as an LPN required.
- Homecare experience preferred.
Requirements:
- Full time
- Every other weekend preferred but negotiable.
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional assessment skills
- Proficiency in medical EMR preferred
- Driver's license in good standing, reliable transportation and vehicle insurance are required
- Ability to provide trusted, compassionate and expert care
