A Day in the life of a Hospice Support Nurse

As a Hospice Support Nurse, you'll be an important part of a passionate, skilled, and growing Hospice Care program. In collaboration with the Hospice and Palliative Care Director, the Health Information Nurse, and the Hospice field staff, you'll be responsible for day-to-day clerical and clinical support tasks, as well as special projects as assigned. As a member of our award-winning organization, you'll experience a friendly and supportive workplace with a rich history of supporting our local communities. By working alongside our talented team, you'll discover ways to expand your skillset and knowledge through ongoing professional development opportunities.

In this fast-paced role, you'll utilize your technical, clinical, leadership, organizational, and collaborative skills to also support the Hospice Team by supervising the Hospice LNAs and managing the Hospice Team schedules. You'll feel a sense of pride in your work for being a part of a mission-driven organization that continues to go above and beyond to make a positive difference in the lives of each patient and throughout our service area. Qualifications

• Current state of New Hampshire RN or LPN License
• At least 1 year of Hospice experience preferred
• Proficiency with medical EMR Systems
• Valid driver's license in good standing and vehicle insurance
