A Day in the life of a Hospice Manager

As a Hospice Manager, you'll be an important part of a passionate, skilled, and growing Hospice Care program. While coordinating, supervising, and evaluating the work of your multi-disciplinary team, you'll provide guidance and support to ensure a positive experience for each clinician, as well as their patients and family members. In this diverse and dynamic role, you'll utilize your technical, clinical, leadership, and collaborative skills to achieve positive outcomes; and meet program/agency goals and standards of care. In addition to working with the Hospice and Palliative Care Director, you'll also work closely with the entire management team across all of our programs including Home Care, Hospice Care, Palliative Care, Life Care - Private Duty, and Community Care. Qualifications

• Current state of New Hampshire RN License or compact state RN license
• At least 1 year of experience in supervisory role preferred
• Two years of Hospice experience preferred
• CHPN Preferred
