Position Description
Cornerstone VNA is seeking to hire a HR Coordinator. The human resource coordinator ensures that plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed, while acting as liaison between employees and insurance providers. Manage recruiting system and onboarding of all new hires. This position will also manage and track all FMLA/LOA employees. Primary role is to audit and key payroll into HRIS system, upload and validate all staff data and fulfilling additional performance responsibilities as assigned and as necessary; accurately and in a timely fashion.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience
- Certificate in Human Resource
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Requirements:
- Must demonstrate skill at meeting deadlines and being flexible
- Must work well independently, have strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
